The app is used to encourage schools to restore their damaged furniture and equipment before considering purchasing new items. It, therefore, ensures savings and better management of the schools budget. Schools can access a furniture and equipment catalogue, indicate their stock list and register their damaged items. The app then manages the logistics process for pick up, repair and sending back to the schools. Every activity in the process is audited and traced via collection slips and signatures. Facilities are also available for managing photographs of damaged equipment.
